You are requested to help us with paper work where it may be required. 

# Please note any customisation in order will disqualify easy refund policy. e.g discounted, prioritized & customised orders are not subjected to refund.

#Cash on delivery terms. Full amount to paid at the time of delivery. COD charges Rs 500/- extra per order. You pay = invoice amount + COD charges

# Delivery not facilitated  by customer within the time limit set by different carrier shall be stored in carrier warehouse and subsequent charges shall Be borne by the buyer.

# Please select wicker pattern option and add to order notes. You can also mail us your preference within 72 hours of your order. Premium charges may apply in case special weaving options are selected. In case no option Is provided we will make furniture as per image provided in Website.

# Kindly note all order will be considered for production from the date of receipt of payment. Delay in payment advance will make all offer and commitment void.

# Change in order or fabric, colour or other customisation may require extra production time. Dispatch Dates are estimated and tentative and may sometime extend up to 6 weeks over and above given time line. All hand made/ hand woven furniture may take extra time depending upon availability of resource, labour, holidays, quality & finishing testing etc.

# Select colour of cushion fabric from https://luxox.shop/pages/color-and-weaving-patterns & https://luxox.shop/pages/wicker-options. In case of no Selection/ preference we will choose from closest available option if Colour is unavailable. Cushion colour might not be available as in Image on website.

# Any delay due to unavoidable situation will be considered as normal such as (extreme cold, extreme summer, extreme rains, war, civil war,  riots, flood, fire, earth quake, volcanic eruption, other natural calamities, lack of raw material, shortage of skilled labour, change in government rules, sealing, licensing, Pandemic, Endemic, Lock Down, Political Unrest, Emergency, Pollution Ban/Restriction, Mechanical Breakdown, Etc) The company management will not be responsible for any delay due to such circumstances and will not entertain repeated followup during the period. No refund will be made for cancellation of orders during the period.

# Minor size and design are subjected to change without notice as we continuously improve our furniture and change to achieve better design, comfort & handling.

 

# Revision of order with lowered quantity then original intent quantity and cancellation of any items will void all discount and will be charged on MRP during delivery. 

# Part payment advance will be accepted only if agreed during deal. No part payment or part delivery will be made unless agreed and mentioned in performa invoice, sales order & quotation, no such request and followups will be entertained. In absence of timely payment order production will be put on hold without further notification. Such order will stand cancelled after a period of 6 months of nonpayment from due date and advance will be forfeited.

 

# Any dispatch and delivery will be processed only after full and final payment reconciliation in our bank account in case of cheque/NEFT/RTGS payment.

# Product currently not available in stock will be made especially and will not be subject to cancellation and refund once the production starts.

# Any product bought during promotional/Sale schemes such as  (sale, discount, free shipping) are not subjected to cancellation.

# Refunds  for ordered will be subjected to 20% cancellation fees of total Invoice value under unavoidable circumstances if agreed by management.
