Terms Return & Refund policy Luxox

1. Introduction

Welcome to Luxox.com, operated by Luxox Furniture Pvt Ltd (“Luxox”, “we”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and all transactions. By placing an order, you agree to abide by these Terms, along with our Privacy and Shipping Policies.

 

2. Order Process & Payment

  • Full Payment Required

All orders (online or custom) require full settlement—no partial shipments before full payment is confirmed(luxox.com).


  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Available for orders under ₹5,000 and select products in Delhi NCR.


COD incurs an additional ₹500 fee, payable prior to opening the package(luxox.com).


  • Gate-Pass Requirement

For direct pickups, a gate pass and delivery challan are mandatory, issued only after payment clearance(luxox.com).


 

3. Shipping & Dispatch

  • Products are dispatched only after full payment is received. No partial dispatches are allowed(luxox.com).


  • If delivery isn't arranged within the specified timeframe, the order may be held in our logistics partner’s warehouse, with storage charges billed to the buyer(luxox.com).


  • Out-of‑delivery‑area (ODA) pin codes may attract extra charges from carriers; these must be prepaid by the buyer(luxox.com).


  • Delays due to force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, civil disturbances, supply chain issues) may extend production or dispatch timelines beyond standard estimates(luxox.com).


 

4. Customization & Order Timeline

  • Custom colors, fabrics, wicker, braid, and other specifications must be selected within 72 hours of ordering; otherwise, default options shown on the website will apply(luxox.com).


  • Production timelines (typically 4–6 weeks) begin only after full payment and final confirmation of customization(luxox.com).


  • Any alterations to order details after production starts (e.g. design, size, color) will not be accepted and may result in additional costs and delays(luxox.com).


 

5. Warranty

We provide the following warranty coverage (terms subject to proper maintenance and use conditions):

Exclusions: Wear & tear, misuse, pet damage, natural disasters, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow maintenance instructions.
Claims requiring inspection: Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, with photos and "damaged during transit" noted on delivery receipt. Damaged goods must be retained for inspection(luxox.com).

 

6. Cancellation, Refund & Replacement

  • No Cancellations or Refunds

Orders (especially customized or made-to-order) cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun(luxox.com).


Products sold during promotional events or with free shipping offers are .


  • Returns and Replacements

Generally after delivery.


Exceptions are made for damage beyond repair—if covered by warranty, replacement may be offered—subject to Luxox’s discretion.


  • Partial Order Cancellation

Not permitted if any items are in production.


Discounts or free shipping benefits deducted from cancelled items will be revoked, and MRP rates may be reapplied.


 

7. Liability & Scope

  • Force Majeure: Luxox is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond its control (e.g., extreme weather, pandemics, regulatory actions).


  • Dispute Resolution: All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction; Luxox Furniture Pvt Ltd’s decisions are final and non-transferable(luxox.com).
