1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

 

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all prepaid orders above ₹999


  • Orders below ₹999 may incur a flat shipping fee of ₹99


  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional Rs. 500 COD fee


Note: Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and your location.

Made-to-order or customized products may take longer to dispatch. Estimated timelines will be provided on the product page or by email.

 

4. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 25–30 business days


  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day


  • You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details via email/SMS once shipped


 

5. Shipping Partners

We work with reliable courier partners including Blue Dart, V Express and India Post, depending on your pin code and product type.

 

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be emailed or sent via SMS/WhatsApp. You can use this link to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time.

If you don’t receive tracking details within 72 hours, please email us at hello@luxox.com.

 

7. Delays or Failed Deliveries

  • Delivery delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or high demand during holidays or sales


  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our team will contact you for redelivery or cancellation


 

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or is lost in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery:

9. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability and warehouse location. You will receive individual tracking details for each package.

 

10. Change of Shipping Address

Changes to the delivery address can only be made within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch. Contact us immediately at hello@luxox.com for any changes.
